Egg less Sponge Cake


Eggless Sponge:

Flour - 50 g
Curd - 70 g
Caster Sugar - 45 g
Baking Soda - 1⁄2 - 3⁄4 g
Baking Powder – 1 1⁄4 g
Oil - 30 g
Vanilla - 2 ml

Method:

1. Mix Curd & Sugar and add Baking Soda, Baking
Powder
2. Mix or whisk the mixture for 5 minutes
3. Add oil, Vanilla and mix well
4. Fold the flour and transfer the mixture to greased mould
or tray
5. Bake at 180°C until fully bake.
