FLAT ICING



Ingredients:

Confectioners’ sugar - 500 g

Water hot (3/4 tsp) - 90 mL

Corn syrup (3/4 tsp) - 30 g

Vanilla extract (3/4 tsp) 4 g


Method:


1. Mix all ingredients together until smooth.


2. To use, place the desired amount in a double boiler.


Warm to 100°F (38°C) and then apply to the product to be iced.
